Job Title: Brand Ambassador

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients’ brands at events, activations, and retail locations. As a Brand Ambassador at Accord ACES, you will engage directly with customers, demonstrate products, and create memorable experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm at all times.
- Demonstrate products and communicate key features and benefits to potential customers.
- Distribute promotional materials and encourage product trials or purchases.
- Maintain brand display areas, ensuring they are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the project team.
- Assist in event setup, execution, and takedown when necessary.
- Work closely with the promotions team to achieve campaign goals.
Qualifications
- High school graduate; college level or degree preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or events is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods during events.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
